Stir Fry - winter melon and chicken

Ingredients

Winter Melon 100g
120 g chicken
5 g of ginger
Onion 5 g

Condiments

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 g salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Methods

Step 1: Shred away winter melon green outer layer. Cut into rectangular cubes. Dice chicken rectangular.

Step 2: Shred ginger brown outer layer away. CutGinger and chop the onion.

Step 3: Heat wok with water. Add in the melon. Bring to a boil. Put cooked melon are used on a board at a later date.
