Puto Puto Cheese is like the regular or rice cakes. But this version is used instead of rice flour on the ground, so that the plot is much smoother. And the cheese topping is added as the reason it is called as such. Puto Cheese and chocolate is a great combination for breakfast. Because it is very easy to prepare, you do not need an experienced cook, this recipe is cooking to perfection.
Ingredients:
1 / 2 cup cake flour
1 / 2 cup flour
2 teaspoonsBaking powder
3 / 4 cup white sugar (divided)
1 / 3 cup evaporated milk
1 / 3 cup water
2 pcs egg yolks

1 / 4 tsp. Vanilla
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
In a medium bowl, sift the cake flour, flour, salt and yeast. Repeat three times then set aside.
